What do we offer for kids in our house: for sleeping we are pleased to put a cot into your parents' bedroom. For joining the family at the table you could use our baby-high-chair, the plastic cups and plates. For taking a bath we provide a baby bath tub and for changing the nappies we have a practical matress for you. If you want to reach the basin for washing your hands or brushing your teeth you can stand on a special stool. And we have a special children toilet seat.

and of course everything at no extra charge!
Our plug sockets are protected, we have some toys for you and if your clothes are dirty your mother can use our washing mashine. We also have a "baby phone" available.
There
is enough room to put your push chair in the entrance area, we also
have a buggy for you to use and two special "baby backpacks",
so Daddy can carry you up the mountains! A beautiful playground
is only two minutes from our house. Or you just go downstairs and have fun
in our garden. Why don't you make a big snowman there! In winter we
can also borrow you our sledges which are suitable for babies and kids
of every age.
Our house is situated in a quiet dead end street, that means that no
dangerous cars rush around and disturb playing kids.
Your elder brothers and sisters will have their fun, too. Because only 300
m from our house is the Kitzbühel Funkpark, open daily at free entrance.
For inlineskaters, skateboarders and BMX riders, for playing basketball or
beach volleyball and having fun!
In winter you will for sure have fun in the snow and on the slopes. The local ski schools provide excellent childrens lessons from children older than 3 years.
Attention: the use of all skilifts for beginners down in the valley is FREE OF CHARGE! That is perfect for your mum and dad if they want to try their first turns on skis with you!
